WILLEHALM INSTITUTE PRESS RELEASE:

BOOK LAUNCH OPERATION TWINS IN THE HAGUE TO REVEAL NEW INFORMATION ON 9/11, THE ROLE OF FORMER DUTCH PRIME MINISTER LUBBERS IN THE 1985 PLUTONIUM AFFAIR AND MORE

Amsterdam, February 27, 2005Operation Twins by Dr. Slobodan R. Mitric (Karate Bob), published by the Willehalm Institute Press in Amsterdam, will be presented to the press on Friday afternoon, March 4, 2005 in the Dutch national press center Nieuwspoort adjacent to the Parliament buildings in The Hague, Netherlands.

Karate Bob is back again! After already having presented five of his previous books at the Nieuwspoort Press Center in the 1980’s [1], the author, a former Yugoslav Special Secret Services agent and presently General Director of Reserve Police-International, will now launch at this venue his first English publication: an outer and inner space espionage thriller written during the Cold War and set during the last three days of the past millennium. This is a prophetic “science fiction” novel, of which James Jesus Angleton, former CIA Director for the USSR who recognized himself as one of the main characters in it, has said that “it is the absolute truth”. It contains furthermore no less than 21 appendices containing specific and potentially news-breaking background information on such unresolved issues as the 9/11 disaster in the USA and the plutonium theft scandal involving former Dutch Prime Minister Ruud Lubbers that rocked The Netherlands in the 1980’s.

The author and his work will be introduced by the publisher of Operation Twins, Robert Jan Kelder, director of the Willehalm Institute Press. After that the author, who is also head of The Serbian Commision on Human Rights for North Western Europe, will speak and also present his recent letter of solicitation to General Secretary Kofi Annan vying for the now vacant job of UN High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva, and answer some questions from the floor.

This exiting book of 192 p. will go on sale for € 14.95 to the general public starting on March 5, but can already be ordered at bookstores or directly by sending an email to the publisher: info@willehalm.nl. Journalists who wish to acquire a copy for review purposes are invited to contact the publisher by telephone: + 31 (0) 20 6944.572.

The attached press folder contains the front and back covers and items from the first 12 pages (including the table of contents, the dedication by the author, his foreword and summary as well as the introduction by the publisher), and a verdict from 1986 pertaining to the never-ending efforts or threats by the Dutch government to extradite the author to Yugoslavia, where a death sentences still awaits him for not carrying out a state order to assassinate a former opponent of Marshal Tito.
